I am not accustomed to cold weather, nor am I to keen of it. Growing up in "summer time" weather all year round has deprived me of just that, and I will never complain about it. However, I do know that I should dress in layers or wear something that will keep me very warm AND fashionable: Faux Fur Vest, Leather thigh-high boots, black long-sleeved shirt, and a chic hat achieved just that!
